日本在住の外国籍の方にとって、チケットを購入することは至難の業ではないでしょうか。
今回からのエントリでは、F・マリノスのホームゲームを楽しむために英語でのチケット購入方法をご紹介します。

Select the game to watch / どの試合を見に行くか決める

Firstly, check the match fixtures and decide which game that you want to watch.
There are many opportunities to visit the stadium.
There are at least 20 home games per annum,
17 for the Meiji Yasuda J1 League and 3 for the YBC Levain Cup Group Stage
or more in the AFC Champions League Group Stage or if the club has proceeded to the Knockout.

まずは試合日程を確認し、どの試合を見に行くかを決める必要があります。
毎年最低でも20試合のホームゲーム（明治安田生命J1リーグが17試合、
YBCルヴァンカップもしくはAFCチャンピオンズリーグが3試合。
カップ戦で決勝トーナメントに勝ち進めば、さらにホームゲームが開催されます）がありますので、多様なプランを練ることができます。

After you have selected a game to watch, the next step is to select the ticket type.
There are several types of reserved seats and non-reserved seat to choose from,
look at the seating plan as shown in the club’s official website.

In addition to the club’s seating plan information,
Nissan Stadium (one of the stadiums which F・Marinos use) provides
view point images from each spot. Check them out for more information.

Most fans sit in the non-reserved seats.
The other classes of seat have a better view but are more expensive.
At Nissan Stadium, the non-reserved seats will almost never sell out
but for popular matches at Mitsuzawa stadium they may sell out soon after they go on sale.
so it is best to buy them as soon as possible.

多くのファン・サポーターが自由席を選択します。
それ以外の座席はより良い視野を得られますが、自由席より高価です。
日産スタジアムで開催される試合は自由席が売り切れることはほとんどありませんが、
ニッパツ三ツ沢球技場で開催される試合は発売直後から売り切れる可能性があるため、
発売されたらできるだけ早めに購入することをお勧めします。

Several ways to purchase tickets / チケットの購入方法あれやこれや

There are several ways to purchase tickets: purchasing tickets online,
purchasing tickets at the gate,purchasing at the stadium shop etc.
In this article, we’ll show you how to buy tickets online
which is the easiest and the most convenient way to purchase tickets in advance.

さっそくチケットの購入方法をご紹介しましょう。
チケットの購入方法はオンラインでの購入、当日券の購入、そしてスタジアムショップでの購入等、複数の方法があります。
今回のエントリでは前売りで購入できる最も簡単で便利なオンラインでのチケット購入方法をご紹介します。

Access the club’s official ticketing page / 公式チケット販売ページにアクセス

Once you have decided which match you will attend,
access the club’s official ticket site (http://www.f-marinos.com/en/tickets/)
and find your match. Press the “Buy Tickets” button and you will be redirected to the J-League Ticket site
as shown in the picture below.

The right hand side bar allows you to choose whether you are going to select a J League match or the Levain cup match.

まずはクラブのチケットサイトにアクセスし、観戦する試合を見つけます。
その後、”Buy Tickets”のボタンを押すと以下の画像のようなJリーグ・チケットのサイトにリダイレクトされます。

右側のバーでJリーグの試合を選択するか、ルヴァンカップの試合を選択するかを選ぶことができます。

Select the ticket type and quantity / 席種・枚数を選ぶ

Select the ticket type and quantity of which you want to buy.
Press “Next” button to proceed.

席種と購入するチケットの枚数を選択します。
選択したら”Next”のボタンを押して次に進みます。

Enter your customer information / 個人情報を入力する

Fill in your information as shown on the screen: your name,
telephone number, gender, date of birth,
country of residence and a valid E-mail address and press the “Next” button.
The need for an email address will become apparent later.

画面に表示された入力必須項目（名前、電話番号、性別、誕生日、居住地、Eメールアドレスを記入し、"Next"ボタンを押します。

Enter your credit card details / クレジットカード情報を入力する

Enter your name on the credit card, credit card number, expiration date,
security code and your date of birth. Both VISA card and Mastercard are available.

クレジットカードの名義人、カード番号、有効期限、セキュリティ・コード、生年月日の情報を入力します。
現時点ではVISAとMastercardが使用可能です。

Confirm your information and agree the terms and conditions / 入力した情報を確認し、取引規約を承諾します。

Confirm all the information that you have entered,
read and agree to the terms and conditions (check the dialogue)
and press the “Submit” button.

入力した情報を確認し、取引条件を読んで同意した後、”Submit”ボタンを押します。

E-Mail with the link to the QR code site will be sent to your e-mail address / 入力したEメールアドレスにQRコードへのURLが記されたメールが届きます

After all the purchase procedure has been completed,
E-Mail with a link to the QR code site will be sent to your e-mail address.
After visiting the site print out the page with QR code or save the QR code to your mobile devices.
The QR code is the ticket and you will have to show them at the entry gate at the stadium.

The email looks something like this:

購入手続きが済むと登録したEメールアドレス宛てにQRコードサイトへのリンクが送られてきます。
サイトを訪れたら、QRコードの記されたページをダウンロードするか携帯端末にQRコードを保存します。
QRコードがチケットとなり、スタジアムの入場口で見せる必要があります。

Alternatively you can go directly to the QR code page directly after purchase by following the link.

その他にも、購入後に以下のリンクからQRコードのページに直接アクセスすることができます。

Both the link in the email or on the after-purchase page will get you to the same location.
At the QR code site, run by the ticketing agency Pia,
you have to enter the Order number and your date of birth to confirm your identity.

Eメール及び購入後のページに記載のリンクは同じページに導かれます。
チケット購入サイトの「ぴあ」が運営するQRコードのサイトでは
注文情報を確認するために注文番号と生年月日を入力する必要があります。

Once are you logged into this site you will see the following screen.
This site is a little complicated because it allows you to send the QR codes individually to a number of members.i.e.
if you bought more than one code you can select which person gets which code and send it directly to them by email.
In the following example we show one adult and one child so we want to print both codes at once.

一度サイトにログインすると、上記の画面が表示されます。このサイトは少々混乱を招くものです。
というのも、このサイトではQRコードを複数のメンバーにそれぞれQRコードを送ることができるようになっているためです。
すなわち、複数のコードを購入した場合、どの人にどのコードをEメールで送るかを直接選択することができるためです。
以下の例では、大人一人、小中学生一人のチケットを、両QRチケットを一度に印刷する方法を紹介しています。

In this example we will select the option to display the codes and the following screen will shown.
You can also send the codes to yourself as well as printing them out.
The display page looks like this:

この例では、コードの表示方法を選ぶことができ、以下の通りの画像が表示されます。
また、印刷するだけでなくご自身のメールアドレス宛にコードを送ることができます。
画面は以下のように表示されます。

全ての手続きが終わると、入力したEメールアドレスにQRコードが送付されます。
QRコードを印刷するか、お持ちの端末に保存して下さい。
QRコードがチケットとなり、スタジアムの入場口で見せる必要があります。

How to enter the stadium with QR codes / QRコードでの入場方法

After you have received the QR code,
all you have to do is bring them to the stadium and present them to the devices on the entry gate.
It is possible to show the QR code at the gate and let them scan it from the screen of your smartphone.
but it is probably better to take along a printed copy of the QR codes
and let the gate attendants scan it in case it doesn’t scan correctly.

以上がチケットをオンラインで購入する方法です。
QRコードを受け取ったら、あとはスタジアムにQRコードを持ってきて、入場口の端末に読み取らせるだけで大丈夫です。
